1. Service Description

TraderVPS provides virtual private server (VPS) hosting optimized for trading platforms, offering ultra-low latency, high uptime, and premium hardware for traders worldwide.

2. User Registration & Account Security

• You must register for an account to use our services.
• During registration, you must provide accurate and complete information, including a valid email address.
• You are required to set a strong password and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Subscription Plans, Free Trials & Payments

• We offer three subscription plans: Starter, Basic, and Business, each with a 3-day free trial.
• Payments are accepted via PayPal and Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the end of the billing period.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, refunds are only provided in accordance with our Refund Policy.

4. User Obligations

• You agree to use the VPS services only for lawful purposes related to trading.
• You must not use our services for any illegal activity, including but not limited to spamming, hacking, or distributing malware.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Service Availability & Maintenance

• We strive for 99.97% uptime and provide redundant infrastructure and DDoS protection.
• Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen outages may occur, and we will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance when possible.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content, trademarks, and technology on TraderVPS are the property of TraderVPS or its licensors.
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content or software without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

• TraderVPS is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to trading losses or data loss.
• Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

8. Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities.
• Upon termination, your access to the VPS and related data may be removed.

9. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.

10. Modifications to Terms

• TraderVPS reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
• Changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
