1. Free Trial Period
- Each subscription plan includes a 3-day free trial period.
- You may cancel your subscription during the trial period without any charges.
2. Refund Eligibility
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the subscription start date (after the trial period).
- Refunds are only granted if you experience technical issues that we are unable to resolve despite reasonable efforts.
- To request a refund, please contact support@tradervps.pro with your account details and issue description.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
- No refunds will be issued for service dissatisfaction unrelated to technical faults.
- No refunds for partial use of the service after the trial period expires.
- No refunds for cancellations made after 7 days of the subscription start.
- Accounts suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms & Conditions are not eligible for refunds.
4. Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle; no prorated refunds will be provided for unused time within the billing period.
